My compulsive desire for joy in eating for the first 20 years of my life culminated in a passion for cooking later in my life. Ever since, I have attended cooking classes, worked in a French restaurant, collected recipes during travels and practiced various cooking techniques. I believe kitchen, amenities and budget shouldn't limit our access to a healthy delightful meal. Hence, I work towards adapting my favorite recipes to fit the constraints of an apartment kitchen. I am very judicious with my kitchen equipment and critically edit my recipes to maximize flavor. However, there is one luxury I (unapologetically) indulge in, which is collecting spices!!! Currently, my pantry houses close to 50 whole spices and spice mixes! Come along, and let me share how to make recipes approachable and adaptable to your preferences!

Great Taco Tuesday class! The Tinga tacos were amazing, I highly recommend this class. Avantika is great, amazing knowledge. I can’t wait to do another class.
