An engineer, home cook, Pilate’s instructor, Education Consultant and mother of four. I believe food creates incredible memories and brings people together. When my children are far away, I do hope the flavours of home linger in their minds. With two degrees from The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, MA, USA, I try to bring my technical background into my recipes, teaching and services. I have developed an interest in tastes and ingredients of regions and how they evolve gradually as you move across the world. I believe in authentic flavour profiles, simplified to make recipes easier to experiment with. I also want to bring more of the rich Indian regional cuisines to my guests and share my experiences and knowledge. And I like all my recipes to be health giving!
