Pantry Ingredients:

  • dried oregano
  • taco size tortilla, recommended ones made of nixtamalize corn
  • salt,pepper,olive oil
  • Neutral cooking oil like canola OR oil spray
  • Cumin powder
  • Chicken/veg stock cube
  • Tequila 
  • ginger beer (can sub ginger ale)
  • Kosher salt
  • Sugar

Fresh Ingredients:

  • Onion + Mix Bell peppers
  • Limes
  • Orange/clementine/tangerine
  • Cilantro
  • Jalapeneos
  • Garlic
  • Scallions
  • Sour cream / Mexican crema
  • Chicken: recommended breasts
  • Bell peppers : green/red,whatever you have on hand
  • Pineapple chunks: frozen OR canned will do
  • Your favorite taco toppings: avocado,lettuce,cheese,queso,salsa

Great Taco Tuesday class! The Tinga tacos were amazing, I highly recommend this class. Avantika is great, amazing knowledge. I can’t wait to do another class.
