Hi, my name is Rozmin Hajimohamed. A home grown chef with a passion for cooking a variety of cuisines, from traditional Indian food to East African food. My cooking journey began as a 16 year old, learning the basics while helping my mom in her kitchen. Since then, I have grown as a chef in my own kitchen while cooking for my family and entertaining friends. Not only do I enjoy cooking, but I also have a love for teaching. I am a Preschool teacher by profession with 25 years worth of experience working with young children. Bringing both my passions of cooking and teaching together is something that I look forward to! Aside from cooking and teaching, I love doing henna. It is a skill that I have mastered overtime, as I have practiced since I was 15 years old. I've done henna all over the world, from a number of celebrities in California to fundraisers and festivals in North Carolina, as well as brides in India, Tanzania, and the US.
