A dish loved by Moroccan families for their everyday meals, super delicious and healthy. Minced beef cooked in spices and herbs, topped with eggs and enjoyed with a side of Harissa and Baguette!!!

Ingredients: [For 2-3 people] 

Minced Beef (350g / 0.77 lbs)

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

4 Garlic Cloves

2 Medium Onions (Grated)

8 g [1.5 tsp] of Parsley (Finely Chopped)

8 g [1.5 tsp] of Cilantro (Finely Chopped)

3/4 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

2 tsp Cumin

2 tsp Smoked Paprika

1/4 tsp Chili Powder

Tomato Puree (250 g / 15oz Can)

1 Tbsp Tomato Paste

3 Eggs

Served with a Side of Harissa and Baguette

Tools:


Tagine or a pan with a lid [a dutch oven is a good substitute for a tagine]
A mixing bowl that would fit the meat and the spices.
A good knife.
