Ingredients: [For 2-4 people]


2 Chicken Legs [425g / 1lbs]
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
8 g [2 tsp] of Melted Butter
Pinch of Saffron
1/2 Preserved Lemon (Chopped very thin) [Available at Amazon and Whole Foods]
2 garlic Cloves (Chopped very thin or grated)
2 Small Onions (Chopped very thin)
5 g [1 tsp] of Parsley (Chopped very thin)
5 g [1 tsp] of Cilantro (Chopped very thin)
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Turmeric
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
2 Medium Potatoes [250g / 0.55 lbs] (Cut into fries)
150 ml [5 Fluid oz] of hot water
10 Green Olives for cooking
7 Green Olives for decoration
Vegetable Oil for Frying
1 Baguette - To enjoy with the tagine

Tools:
Tagine or a pan with a lid [a dutch oven is a good substitute for a tagine]
An oven
A mixing bowl that would fit the chicken and the spices.
Kettle to make hot water
2 burners, one for cooking the chicken and one for frying the potatoes.
Thermometer [Optional]
A good knife.
